We will ship your scooter by freight within 1-3 business days of your order placement from our California warehouse. The delivery time depends on your location but usually within 2-7 business days after collection from our warehouse.

  • Cancellation After Shipment:

    • If the scooter has already been picked up by the truck and is in transit, full refunds are not available.

    • Due to the size and weight of the scooters, returns are extremely difficult and costly to manage.

  • Standard Return Window:

    • SoverSky offers a 15-day return policy.

    • Returns must meet the following conditions:

      • Item must be in original condition (box unopened and unassembled).

      • A restocking fee of 10–30% may apply.

      • Customer is responsible for both original and return shipping costs.

  • Return Process:

    • Contact eBike Current at support@ebikecurrent.com to obtain return authorization and shipping details before sending anything back.

    • Refunds will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.

 

Damages & Issues

eBike Current Return Terms

  • We do not offer exchanges. If you’d like a different item you will need to return the initial order and place a new order.

  • To be eligible for return:

    • Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Start a return by emailing support@ebikecurrent.com with your order number.

  • Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

  • No restocking fees charged by eBike Current. If the supplier charges a fee (0–30%), it will be passed on to you.

  • A 5% admin/processing fee will be charged for personal reason returns.

  • If the order has shipped:

    • Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility.

    • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
