General Policy

eBike Current is an authorized dealer for all brands and products sold on our site.

All products are covered by the manufacturer’s return/refund and warranty policies.

Return windows vary by brand and range from 7 to 30 days.

Each product page includes a “RETURN POLICY” tab outlining brand-specific return terms.

Manufacturer policies must be followed and should be read along with the terms below.
Refunds and Returns

We do not offer exchanges. If you’d like a different item you will need to return the initial order and place a new order.

To be eligible for return:

Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Start a return by emailing support@ebikecurrent.com with your order number.
-
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
-
No restocking fees charged by eBike Current. If the supplier charges a fee (0–30%), it will be passed on to you.

A 5% admin/processing fee will be charged for personal reason returns.

If the order has shipped:

Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility.
-
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds will be issued minus applicable fees and charges.
-
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
-
Please allow 5 business days for refunds after item is received and inspected.
Additional Return Information

Customer must return items in new, resalable condition.

Refunds are only processed after inspection of returned items.

If return is damaged during transit, customer must file a claim with the carrier.

Upon receiving the item, we will notify you by email regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Cancellations

All cancelled orders incur a 5% cancellation fee (non-refundable card processing costs).

If shipping hasn’t been arranged yet, this is the only fee you’ll pay.

If shipping has already been arranged:

Standard return procedure applies.

You may be responsible for shipping + restocking fees (as charged by the supplier).

Shipping Times

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days.
-
Estimated delivery is 5–7 business days.
-
Delays may occur due to reasons outside of eBike Current’s control.

We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Exchange Agreement Acknowledgment
By purchasing from eBike Current, you agree that:

I will inspect the package upon delivery and report any damage within 24 hours with photos.

I am responsible for return shipping and new item shipping costs in the case of a refund/exchange.

Products must be returned unopened and unused.

If my order has left the warehouse, I cannot receive a full refund.

If I return an order after it has shipped, I am responsible for return shipping and restocking fees (typically around 25%).
Damages

Inspect your item(s) immediately upon arrival.

Note any damage when signing for delivery.

Report damage within 24 hours with:

Photos of damage, box, and SKU

Warranty

Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and re-consignment fees (due to error) unless stated otherwise on the product page.
