We offer free shipping to the contiguous United States (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories). Please note that we cannot ship to some parts of New York due to extremely high shipping costs.
2. Delivery Time
We will ship your scooter by freight within 1-3 business days of your order placement from our California warehouse. The delivery time depends on your location but usually within 2-7 business days after collection from our warehouse.

We do not offer exchanges. If you’d like a different item you will need to return the initial order and place a new order.

To be eligible for return:

Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

No restocking fees charged by eBike Current. If the supplier charges a fee (0–30%), it will be passed on to you.
