Therefore it's most likely that your board has left the factory, but hasn't reached the Chinese board yet to be shipped overseas. The international The moment we receive a tracking number from the international freight company, we pass it along to you. Please be patient, your board is on the way.
"Raldey has shipped my board and it's left the factory, but I need to cancel and get a refund, is this possible?"
Answer: Once the board has left the factory, refunds are not possible. Once your board is at Chinese customs, it's simply impossible for us to get back. Furthermore, the shipping cost for a customer to ship a board back to us is astronomical. It's almost the cost of a Raldey Board itself. Once your board has left the factory, that board is yours to keep (or sell, but we really think you should try it out, cause it's pretty cool).
"I just got my tracking number, but it says that's coming from XYZ state/country."
Answer: This is most likely where your board will arrive at in your native country after being shipped from our factory in China. This is where a company such as Fedex will pick up your board and deliver it to you (yay!). Please be patient, your board is on the way.
"Raldey sent me a tracking number a few days ago, but it hasn't updated in a few days. Where is my board?"
Answer: This means that the board is still being shipped overseas from China to your country via plane or ship. Please be patient, your board is on the way.
"My tracking number hasn't updated in a week. Where is my board?"
Answer: This means that the board is still being shipped overseas from China to your country via plane or ship. Remember, your tracking number will NOT show any information until the board arrives in your country and passes through customs. Please be patient, your board is on the way.
"My tracking number had an initial delivery date, and the tracking number didn't update and now that date has come and gone, with no delivery. Where is my board?"
Answer: The company that creates the tracking number (Fedex, UPS, etc) will automatically generate a delivery date. This is computer generated, systematic, and NOT accurate. Don't forget, your tracking number will NOT show any accurate information (or any information at all, in most cases) until your board arrives in your country and passes customs.
"My tracking number hasn't updated in a couple weeks. Where is my board?"
Answer: This means that the board is still being shipped overseas from China to your country via plane or ship. Remember, your tracking number will NOT show any information until the board arrives in your country and passes through customs. Please be patient, your board is on the way.
"My tracking number finally has an update from Fedex/UPS. What does this mean?" Answer: HALLELUJAH! The day has finally come. The board is now in the hands of your local delivery company after passing customs, and you are only hours/days, from riding that sweet sweet electric surfin' concrete.

Raldey Warranty Policy
- 180-day parts & labor warranty against manufacturer defects
- 90-day battery warranty. (In a normal ride, if there is a problem, you need to provide the necessary test report)
Note:
1. Explanation of 180 days warranty and guarantee repairs:
- (1) Guarantee repair refers to the loss of customer's products due to quality problems during the 180 days warranty period, we provide free replacement parts service. If the customer does not install and replace it, the customer needs to mail the product to our after-sales service point for repair and replacement service.
- (2)Warranty refers to that during the 180 days warranty period, the customer's parts are damaged due to abnormal use, such as break, crash, water immersion, etc. We will provide the customer with a replacement price at a cost price. The customer will bear the shipping cost of the parts.
3. During the warranty period, parts damaged due to abnormal use must be purchased at the customer's cost price and bear the increased freight.

Return Policy Timeframe: Most products have a return policy that ranges between 7 to 30 days, depending on the brand. Manufacturer return policies apply and must be read alongside the eBike Current Return Terms.
Raldey Return Policy
We accept returns within 7 days of receipt. The electric skateboard must be unused and in new condition with all accessories in the original packaging. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item to our closest facility advised by our service team.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

We do not offer exchanges. If you’d like a different item you will need to return the initial order and place a new order.

Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

No restocking fees charged by eBike Current. If the supplier charges a fee (0–30%), it will be passed on to you.
